This past week, the BCCSA had the pleasure of participating in the LEAP: Women in Construction Conference. We found ourselves inspired and invigorated by the incredible talent, resilience, and leadership exhibited by the women professionals we met there.

BCCSA proudly sponsored the latte booth at the event, fueling the conversations and connections. Serving artisanal lattes, each cup symbolized more than just a caffeine fix; it represented the warmth, energy, and support we aim to provide to every individual in the construction community. 

Participating in the workshops and panel discussions, we were thrilled to witness the exchange of innovative ideas and solutions addressing the unique challenges faced by women in construction. From conversations on workplace engagement to leadership development, it was clear that the future of construction is bright, diverse, and inclusive.
