Overview:
THE EXAM: You have registered for an ONLINE exam. This exam will be invigilated via ZOOM. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and use a computer with web camera. This session is recorded for security and exam integrity purposes.

- You will be required to show a photo ID at the beginning of the session and provide a scan of your surroundings to ensure you are in a quiet environment and alone in the room.
- You may not use any aids such as your phone or multiple computer screens.
- We encourage you not to use a Tablet as it may not work. BCCSA recommends a PC or Laptop and ideally the Chrome or Edge web browser.

The exam is open book – you are allowed to use a printed copy of this document. If you do not have a copy, one will not be provided. You cannot use your phone to access the document\*\*.\*\*

If you are not familiar with the Zoom platform or you are generally not confident with computers, please have a friend, family member, or coworker present to help get you connected and started.

The BCCSA will allow a 10 minute grace period for technical issues. At the scheduled time for your exam, please log in to your ACT Portal account and click the "Launch" button inside the "Level S WorkSafeBC Exam" card: https://asbestos.bccsa-services.ca/ - this will launch the Zoom call.

PLEASE NOTE: The BCCSA administers the WorkSafeBC Level S exam on behalf of WorkSafeBC, but your final certification card will be provided by WorkSafeBC.

## IMPORTANT: When the Zoom call starts, BCCSA staff will provide a link to the Open School BC platform, where the exam is administered. This is a separate platform from the ACT portal, and you will need to create a new username and password. This is a WorkSafeBC requirement. Your BCCSA login will NOT work for the Open School BC platform. BCCSA staff will guide users through this process.

You have 60 minutes to complete and submit your exam.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
